Who Can Apply
Scholarships are awarded to students who meet the following criteria and demonstrate excellence in science education.
High School Graduate
RequiredMust have graduated from an accredited high school
UCF Acceptance
RequiredAccepted to the University of Central Florida for summer or fall admission
Full-Time Enrollment
RequiredMinimum 12 UCF credit hours each fall and spring semester
Science Fair Participation
RequiredDemonstrated excellence in Florida science fair programs
Maintaining Your Scholarship
To continue receiving scholarship benefits, students must meet these ongoing requirements each semester.
Maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average at UCF
Enroll in minimum 12 UCF credit hours each fall and spring
Complete 24 credit hours per academic year
Scholarship available for up to 8 semesters

Need to Request Deferment?
Contact the UCF Financial Aid Office with documentation of your approved leave reason. Deferment requests must be submitted before the start of the affected semester.
